Remember that you can also heal all your chakras together in a meditation session focusing your attention chakra by chakra. An easy and powerful exercise could be this one:
Turn your hand anti-clockwise (anti-clockwise: go up on the left and down on the right) forming a circle about 20 centimeters in diameter. Turn your hand in this direction for about 2-3 minutes. Shake your hand vigorously, intending to release energy.
Start turning your hand clockwise (timetable: go up on the right and go down on the left), making movements that have the same diameter, and for a time no less than the anti-clockwise direction. Repeat this sequence in each of the seven chakras.
I wish you a harmonization of your chakras comfortable and harmonious. Remember that nothing is a coincidence, so, if you are here, it’s for some reason. Listen to your body; do you feel any pain in any area of it? pain is your body talking, and it may need you to harmonize it.
